BEAST TALKS #2: V4 Screen

Filmmaker Marko Škop talked live about his work in “Let There Be Light”, in a discussion moderated by Bohdan Zhuk.
In the feature-length film, we meet Milan, a father of three who works in Germany to support his family, who lives in Slovakia. Visiting them at Christmas, he learns that Adam, his eldest son, is definitely hanging out with the wrong crowd. The death of the teenager’s classmate will reveal to Milan and his wife the real truth about their son, their family, and the community around them.

Within BEAST TALKS and the V4 Screen section, the festival also broadcasted a talk with director Cecília Felméri, responsible for the Hungarian feature “Spiral”. The film is available until April 4th on Filmin Portugal. The discussion was moderated by journalist Teresa Vieira.
In “Spiral”, we get to know an old house and a mysterious lake amid Hungarian nature. There, a man and two women form a strange love triangle. A history of crises, regrets and unknowns.
