ALEPH ZETA ( XVII ): The Star
The main theme for the “story” is set up by the undefined, the precarious, the unpredictable state of the material. Filmed in remote areas of the Panama jungle and the Atacama desert, on untested and predominantly dead film stock. The project became a living object on its own, and the film/journey, an experiment on spontaneous synchronisation of uncertainties. The material is edited using another tool of uncertainty – the Tarot, and the narration is built upon and around two cards drawn from the deck.
